Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Worldie Hospitality platform (the "Platform") operated by KLB Solutions FZCO (trading as "Worldie", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the Platform — whether as a Property Operator (hotel, resort, restaurant, marina, or other hospitality business), a guest interacting via the concierge, or a visitor to this website — you agree to these Terms.
Property Operatorsare also subject to the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) entered at onboarding. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the MSA/DPA prevails.
2. The service
Worldie provides a structured AI-powered concierge and guest-communication system. The Platform enables Property Operators to:
- Deploy a branded AI concierge on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and web chat
- Manage guest interactions, bookings, and support tickets
- Access analytics and performance dashboards
- Configure knowledge bases, automated responses, and escalation rules
Important — Structured support only:Worldie's messaging integrations (including WhatsApp Business) operate as structured support tools, not open-ended AI chat. All automated messages follow pre-defined flows and require explicit guest opt-in before the concierge engages.
3. Account terms
To use the Platform as a Property Operator, you must:
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be authorised to bind the entity you represent
- Ensure all staff accounts are used only by the named individual
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at adam@klb-solutions.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages to guests who have not opted in
- Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Instagram Platform Policy
- Process data in ways that breach applicable privacy law (GDPR, UAE PDPL, etc.)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Platform
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate Worldie or any other party
- Interfere with platform availability or security
- Collect guest data beyond what is necessary for legitimate concierge services
Violations may result in immediate suspension with no refund.
5. Guest interactions and messaging
Property Operators are responsible for ensuring:
- Guests provide explicit opt-in consent before receiving automated messages on WhatsApp or other Meta channels
- All messaging complies with local marketing and electronic communications laws
- Guests are informed of their right to opt out and how to exercise it
- Responses and knowledge base content are accurate and not misleading
Worldie provides the infrastructure; the Property Operator is the data controller and remains responsible for how the concierge is configured and deployed.
6. Intellectual property
Worldie retains all rights to the Platform, including its AI orchestration logic, intent classification system, routing engine, and user interface. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Platform IP to you.
You retain ownership of your property's data, knowledge base content, and guest data. You grant Worldie a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Platform.
7. Fees and billing
Subscription fees are set out in your order form. Worldie may update fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your MSA.
8. Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Worldie's total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Worldie is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss
- Worldie provides AI-generated concierge responses “as is” — we do not warrant that responses are always accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Property Operators are responsible for reviewing and validating AI behaviour
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Worldie may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach (including Acceptable Use violations) or non-payment. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days for export and then deleted per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE. Disputes shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Property Operators by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
